- Extensive experience in designing developing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficient in JavaScript Glide API Business Rules Client Scripts and Server Scripts.
- Skilled in configuring ServiceNow forms fields lists UI policies and ACLs.
- Experienced in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST SOAP and MID Server.
- Capable of creating and configuring ServiceNow reports dashboards and performance analytics.
- Competent in designing intuitive and userfriendly ServiceNow portals and interfaces.
- Should have hands on experience in configuring virtual assistant Chat bot
- Should be aware of all the available out of box options and new offerings in ServiceNow
- Knowledgeable in IT Service Management processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- Proficient in designing and managing ServiceNow service catalogs and catalog items.
- Experienced in planning and executing ServiceNow platform upgrades while minimizing downtime.
