Job Description
Overview:
The Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of the companys products. They are responsible for defining the product vision strategy and roadmap. Their work impacts the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Product Managers collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Define product requirements and prioritize feature development
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver highquality products
- Work with sales and marketing to develop GoToMarket strategies
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute on the product roadmap
- Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products
- Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in product management ( Consumer electronic products only )
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of user experience and design principles
- Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on execution
- Strong problemsolving and analytical capabilities
- Experience in conducting market and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in product management tools and software
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams
