Le titulaire du poste est responsable d tablir et de d ployer la vision et les strat gies afin de positionner l entreprise comme un leader dans son domaine.


Le principal objectif du d tenteur du poste est de favoriser la croissance des ventes en misant sur la vision de la mise en march l image et la notori t de l organisation dans son secteur d activit . Principales t ches et responsabilit s


Contribuer l alignement de la strat gie de son secteur celle de l entreprise;

Assurer une saine gestion de son quipe et de ses activit s strat giques en synergie de tous les secteurs de l organisation et du r seau de partenaires;

Veiller au positionnement de l organisation dans son march ;

Mettre en place des strat gies de mise en march et des campagnes marketing innovantes et en faire l valuation;

D velopper les comp tences de son quipe identifier la rel ve et exercer un suivi sur la performance de l quipe;

Effectuer une veille strat gique et se tenir jour sur les nouvelles tendances en marketing et mise en march dans le domaine du commerce de d tail;

Assurer le d veloppement et la mise en uvre du plan de d veloppement d affaires pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et les revenus pour l organisation;

Cr er un calendrier d v nements pour stimuler les ventes et les transactions;

Travailler en coll gialit avec les parties prenantes et assurer une veille sur les habitudes et comportements des consommateurs cibles;

Planifier et r aliser des v nements destin s aux clients internes et externes;

tre un vecteur de promotion des valeurs de l organisation aupr s des membres de son quipe et de l ensemble des acteurs gravitant autour de l organisation.

The main objective of the position is to drive sales growth by leveraging the organizations marketing vision image and reputation in its industry. The position reports to the organizations CEO. The company has several points of service mainly in the Province of Quebec.


Main responsibilities


Contribute to the alignment of the industries strategies with that of the company.

Ensure sound management of his/her team and of strategies in synergy with all sectors of the organization and with the network of partners.

Ensure the market positioning of the organization.

Implement and evaluate innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Develop team skills identify succession and monitor team performance.

Maintain a strategic watch and keep abreast of new trends in retail marketing and merchandising.

Ensure the development and implementation of the business development plan to achieve sales and revenue objectives for the organization.

Create a calendar of events to stimulate sales and transactions.

Work collegially with stakeholders and monitor target consumer habits and behaviors.

Plan and execute events for internal and external partners.

Promote the organizations values to team members and other stakeholders.

More than 15 years of relevant experience in the retail industry including a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.

Bilingualism (English and French).
