What we are looking for

The Director of Student Recruitment & Outreach role is a crucial part of the Grow Team leadership team because the role will transform our recruitment strategy and processes our engagement with partners on the ground and will enable us to scale in pursuit of our 10k goal.

What does the job involve

We are looking for a Director of Student Recruitment & Outreach who will Lead the planning development and execution of recruitment and outreach strategies for an educational institution aiming to achieve 10000 enrolments by 2026 and enhance awareness of offerings across the African continent.

Strategy:

• Spearhead the development and execution of the recruitment strategy including organizing events and activities such as forging partnerships with key stakeholders launching recruitment campaigns and conducting ontheground activations.
• Take the lead in budgeting for the recruitment strategy.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the company at important networking and professional events to amplify positive brand recognition and support recruitment endeavors.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Establish and lead a motivated and highperforming recruitment team covering all target regions across the continent.
• Develop and manage an incentive program.
• Provide support to the team in setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for success.
• Oversee line management and performance evaluation of direct reports to ensure highquality performance and goal achievement.
• Lead the compilation of recruitment reports.
• Streamline the recruitment structure to ensure a seamless customer journey and enrollment experience.
• Offer input into other areas of the marketing department to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Foster the professional development of the recruitment team.

Analytics:

• Take charge of market research and insights.
• Evaluate and communicate key recruitment metrics and outcomes.
• Lead efforts to optimize the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for recording and reporting recruitment data.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 510 years of experience in recruitment or sales role
• Fluency in english

Desirable

• Masters degree in Business
• Fluency in french
