Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the India and many other countries in the world. The client below provides business with a third workforce that can be trained to perform existing processes using digital robots.
Position: IT Admin SOW
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:
- Hardware Management
- Provide laptop equipment through leased assets.
- This will be for new hires and bad hardware replacements (Avg volume 57 /month) total upto 70100 employees
- Manage electronic equipment.
- Install network and computer system EC2 instances.
- Maintain repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
- To assess present network serves operating systems and security layer
- To upgrade hardware and software programs
- To install and implement effective security systems
- To perform data backup and recovery processes
- To resolve issues with systems and programs
- Install diagnose repair maintain and upgrade all enduser devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Duties include information assurance general application support/installation system troubleshooting and other duties related to system/user support.
- Manage data / systems backup migration and disaster recovery.
Windows and security management including following tasks:
- Security administration
- DevOps security
- Penetration testing
- Forensics and incident response
- Network defense
- Technical security assessment
- Security controls gap analysis
- Ensure compliance with PCIDSS SSAE 16 HIPAA NIST ISO17799/27001/27002 data privacy and similar regulatory and contractual requirements
