Job Description
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. The Project Management Office is looking for individuals to join the PMO as a resource to be assigned as needed.
Assignment can be with any department within the state of Maine; dependent on need.
You will report directly to the project management office.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis documenting processes and performing some user acceptance testing.
As a key contributor to the State of Maine Workday implementation you must establish high quality standards and lead by example.
- Monitoring/Supporting/Researching Data Quality/Data Cleanup with Stakeholders
- Data Validation
- Ticket Management (JIRA)
- eliciting analyzing documenting validating and communicating business requirements
- General project documentation (i.e. meeting notes drafting proposals)
- General support through testing phases: researching issues providing guidance on defect resolution
Other Project Support tasks as identified
- 1 or more years experience with Workday HCM and/or Payroll
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUPs pivot tables concatenations etc.)
