Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation and deployment of QMS and PLM solutions
Develop and execute project plans for QMS and PLM initiatives
Manage project scope schedule and budget
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of QMS and PLM solutions
Coordinate across IT Business team and vendor to create a holistic project plan track deliverables provide regular status updates escalate when needed and hold teams accountable for meeting the project plan.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Coordinate UAT training and user support as part of implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs or a related field
5 years of experience in QMS/PLM project management
Knowledge of PTC Arena and/or Agile PLM will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in leading and managing QMS and PLM implementation projects
Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QMS and PLM software such as FDAregulated QMS software and PLM software for the life sciences industry
Experience working in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of QMS and PLM principles and methodologies
