Expertise on windows 10/11 administrations

Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office O365 Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues

Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)

Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments

Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues

Troubleshooting of Office issues

Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues

Mobile Device Management support

Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM

Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive11. Knowledge on one drive
