P3-C3-STSJob Description: Position DutiesResponsibilitiesHands on experience with client scripts and business rules.

Implementation, administration, and support of the ServiceNow platformUI Actions, UI policy, Access Control Lists, etc.

Overview of integration LDAP integration and Workday integrationConfigure Workflow,

Application UI and Customize ServiceNow applicationsPerform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation content, Java Script and modifications to existing workflows.

Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow ITSM i.e., DevOps, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, etc.Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients.
