Job Description
CHI St. Elizabeth Hospital is looking for a full time CRNA for their hospital based site to confirm MF 8 or 10 hour shifts. The CRNA will most likely work in the OR or in Endo; OB experience would be preferred by not required. No heart procedures.

- NBCRNA Certified REQUIRED
- Active NE License REQUIRED OR IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION)
- Active ACLS & BLS REQUIRED (PALS optional)
- Clean Malpractice/Background HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Must disclose ongoing availability (# of shifts per month) REQUIRED
- Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility REQUIRED
- Covid vaccinated REQUIRED
