Outbound Sales Representative Utilities
Location: Sunderland Role is office based with potential to work from home after 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm No weekends
37.5 Hours per week
Salary: 10.90 per hour increasing in April 2024 to 12 in line with the Real Living Wage.
8 months sales experience within a contact centre is essential for this role.

You will be working on behalf of our client who is one of the largest gas and electricity energy suppliers to residential customers and businesses in the UK.
As an Energy Sales advisors you will be providing outbound calls to existing customers and will showcase the newest tariffs available from the client.
You will build a rapport with the customer and use probing questions to find the best product fit for the customers needs.
To finish you will close the deal using your excellent selling techniques.
