Job Description

- As onsite subject matter expert discuss requirements design and build the SOE and Auto pilot images.
- Package application as per requirements and perform quality review testing UAT and production deployments.
- Create database of applications and update the CMDB accordingly.
- Manage application license reports and true ups requirements.
- Manage and deploy required GPOs.
- Administer MECM & MEM infrastructure.
- Upgrade the MCEM & MEM tools.
- Evaluate the hardware and perform benchmark testing on performance.
- Configure and Deploy Windows Security patches.
- Configure and deploy Windows feature updates.
- Perform remote troubleshooting for users working remotely.
- Manage the hardware repairs and inventory management.
- Manage data cleanup before disposal of assets.
- Coordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for breakfix.
- Must be able to lead the critical outage calls.
- Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the
- Install test and certify operating system service packs hot fixes patches and/or upgrades.
