AWS PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR

Job Title: AWS PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR
Location: McleanVA
Duration: 12 Months
Visa: USC GC H1B and EAD
Contract Type: W2

Must Haves: Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience with AWS platform administration. Must have demonstrated recent handson experience with AWS Console AWS CLI AWS services including but not limited to AWS core services networking IAM Roles Cloud Formation Template Atlassian suite (Jira Confluence Bitbucket) & Python.

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

1. History of contributing to deployments and troubleshooting technical issues in an engineering role.
2. Knowledge of Cloud software development life cycles Agile/Scrum
3. Requirements:
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
5. 5 years experience in AWS platform support.
6. Demonstrable experience with
7. Jenkins Jira Git and Antifactory ServiceNow
8. Scripting languages (e.g. UNIX Shell / Python)
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Selfmotivated driven and creative individual

Experience with the following are differentiators:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent work experience
