Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid Philadelphia PA

Duration: 06 Months CTH

Overview:

Our client a major healthcare company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer (Terraform IaC with GCP & Azure experience). This is a 3month contract to start with strong conversion to full time possible.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of IaC (Terraform) and DevOps procedures (Design and implementation of Terraform pipelines scanning/etc.)
• Establishing and increasing cooperation between teams and departments
• Working with Application development team to understand the Cloud infrastructure requirements and work closely with Architects PMs and other engineers for the implementation.
• Ensuring high availability of services performance security and maintainability.
• Experience with automated infrastructure capabilities like backups security tools monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 10 year of Experience with infrastructure as code/orchestration of Cloud infrastructure
• Must have : Handson experience with terraform Ability to write reusable terraform modules IaC pipeline/Terraform scanning .
• Must have : Experience with GCP and Azure Service (GKE Cloud functions VPC Storage and various computing/storage/logging/other services)
• Must have : Experience with Jenkins ADO Cloud build Artifact registry Google cloud deployment.
• Must have : Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git Artifactory Jenkins Docker registry.
• Nice to have: Good to have certification in GCP Associate or Professional certification.
