Job Specification (Knowledge Skills & Abilities)

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and planning capabilities. Indepth knowledge of the Appliance market and trends. Resultoriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Decisionmaking skills and ability to handle pressure. Adaptability and willingness to travel as required.

Qualification/Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management with a focus on national sales. Previous experience in the Appliance industry is highly desirable.
