Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and optimize manufacturing processes
• Conduct process analysis and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
• Participate in new product development and product improvement initiatives
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Contribute to quality control and assurance processes
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles
• Participate in root cause analysis and provide solutions for production issues
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of production equipment
• Contribute to the design and implementation of work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve production goals
• Provide support in data analysis and reporting for production processes
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Assist in conducting time and motion studies to optimize production workflows
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in problemsolving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools
