Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels for all caf supplies.
  • Conduct regular physical counts of stock and reconcile with system records.
  • Track expiration dates and ensure the timely rotation of perishable items.
  1. Ordering and Receiving:
  • Place orders for food beverages and other supplies based on stock levels and anticipated demand.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries to verify quantity and quality rejecting any damaged or incorrect items.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
  1. Storage and Organization:
  • Properly store all items in designated areas considering factors like temperature humidity and safety regulations.
