Web Producer

We are looking for a Web Producer specialist. Reporting to the Director of Global Digital Strategy & Marketing Operations this role will focus on coordinating content for our various country websites globally. The role performs a wide variety of administrative and editorial tasks requiring responsibility initiative accuracy diplomacy tact and problem solving skills.

Will be managing content updates for the website. Coordinating and reviewing the updates that other marketers are updating.

Must have:
Knowledge of HTML markup.
Experience using Kentico content management system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the publication of regional properties.
Coordinates between Global Brand team thirdparty design agencies to ensure web page designs are properly published on website.
Coordinates between Regional marketing teams Global Brand Managers and IT to ensure latest page content is localized for all countries and published in a timely manner.
Proofreads text / images / video / PDFs / links as needed verifying the correct display of content (per brand guidelines). Checks markup and formatting of content. Troubleshoots minor issues with web production.
Routes web page proofs for internal approvals by Global Brand or regional marketing teams.
Communicates production timelines deliverables and updates to appropriate teams.

Performs administrative duties including processing payments to vendors; scheduling meetings and taking minutes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree

Skills and Abilities:
A high level of initiative problem solving skills organization and project management capabilities.
Previous experience with publishing web page content using a web CMS.
