Account Manager - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

We are looking for a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Who is enthusiastic and works well as a part of the team, to join our onsite team based in St Ives, Cambridgshire, PE27 3LU. The position comes with a salary of 30,000pa.

Your duties but will not be limited to:

• Supporting a smooth payroll process
• Out of hours telephone management
• Supporting the coordinator
• Ensures deadlines are met
• Responding to emails and text messages
• Clear communication with operation leaders and workers
• Conducting attendance and performance checks
• Shared induction processes
• Attend regular meetings as per the SLA

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend out of hours phone
• 07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Friday
• 07.30 to 13.30 Friday
• 30,000 Per Annum

We are looking for you to have:

• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• Positive attitude
• Understands customer service
• Ability to work with excel reports
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to lead a meeting
• Proactive, ability to work on own and part of a team
• Computer literacy (Outlook, Microsoft Excel)
• Previous managment experience
• Abilty to mentor and train team colleagues
• Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous

Full training will be provided on the job and work support from the Peterborough branch.
