Are you an experienced IT/Change Project Manager? Do you have experience of planning, monitoring, and controlling end-to-end projects across business change and enterprise or platform software projects? As a specialist provider of resource to the Property and Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference and gain experience as part of a modern digital environment within a company that is investing and developing within itself and its employees and offering remotely based employment. The role is offered on a 6 month contract basis outside of IR35.

The purpose of the role is to scope, lead and a business change project that will focus on the integration of key line of business systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the creation and management of a project plan; the delivery of manual processes whilst the project is delivered and associated hiring of resources; managing Business Analyst resource to deliver project outputs; the definition of all manual processes that technical solutions will not meet; developing a business impact report with associated risks and issues; facilitate the documentation of detailed processes, guides, Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements around any manual work required around system integrations; UAT and deployment support; and assisting in the planning and preparation of change management activities.

Must Have

  • Demonstrable commercial experience of full life cycle IT &/or Change Project Management
  • Proven experience of managing business change and impact.
  • Knowledge of creating process maps, service level agreements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience of hiring teams and defining roles, mandates, and terms of reference.
  • Experience of technology data outputs and upload processes
  • Experience of Social Housing Management services and processes.

Nice to Have

  • Strong ITIL Change/Release Management knowledge.
  • Professional qualifications in Project Management, such as PMP, Prince2, APM or similar

As an individual you will have experience in both matrix management and line management of cross functional teams with effective and strong leaderships and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both verbally and written. A proven track record of managing both large and complex budgets alongside in-depth knowledge of Microsoft office. The role is offered on an initial 6-month contract basis with possibility of extension, it will be completely home based with travel to the office in London on an infrequent ad-hoc basis that can be expensed.
