3rd Line Support Engineer
Salary: Up to 45K

Become a vital member of a well-established managed service provider in central York as they continue to grow and excel.
Duties will include:
- Provide third line IT Support remotely and onsite to deliver solutions to complex problems
- Support predominantly Microsoft 365 based products and end-users.
- Build long-term solutions to deliver permanent improvements
- Customer installations, migrations and deployments,
- Create and update documentation and processes.
- Along with the rest of the 3rd line team provide support to more junior members of the service desk.
3rd Line Support Engineer - Essential Requirements
- 3 + years of relevant experience providing 3rd line user support.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies - M365, Sharepoint, Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server OS
- A commitment to knowledge sharing and clear, detailed documentation.
- Technically inquisitive, with a proven ability to keep up to date under your own initiative.
- Problem solver with good analytical and planning skills.
3rd Line Support Engineer - Advantageous Requirements
- Previous experience within a Managed Service Provider, dealing with multiple clients.
- Ideally, previous experience and knowledge of ticketing systems - ITIL Framework
- Microsoft accreditations / certifications
The role will be mostly office-based in York. However, you will be involved in visits to client sites. A company vehicle is provided (driving licence required)
