We are seeking a strong high energy Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent people management skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation
- Ability to train coach and develop staff
- Guest relations management supervision of all staff and staffing levels
- Team building
- Work under the direction of the General Manager in managing both FOH and BOH restaurant operations
Desired Qualifications for Restaurant Manager:
- P&L knowledge
- Systems oriented
- Approachable management style
- 3 years of current management experience in fullservice upscale casual dining
- Passion for service and great food
- Training experience is a plus
- Must have BOH experience and have a creative side
