Area of Responsibility:
Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
Responding to queries either in person or over the phone.
Installing configuring and maintaining hardware and software components.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Documenting and reporting technical issues for further analysis and resolution.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of hardware components operating systems software installation and configuration.
Proficiency in networking fundamentals.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Benefits
Annual Salary: INR 175000 to 250000
Monthly two Paid Leave. PF & ESI (as applicable)

PERSONAL SKILLS : Good Communication and leadership skills. Fast learner. Adaptive. Have experience to run any medical store minimum 2 yrs.
