About the Job
Essential Duties

• Multifamily and/or commercial experience
• Ensure safety compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Ensure layout materials and troubleshoot site conditions
• Manage vendors to ensure the job is completed on time and on budget
• Ability to identify a problem and solve it before it becomes a problem
• Constructing billing sheets change orders purchase orders
• Able to mentor other team members

Qualifications

• 510 years as multifamily Superintendent with strong project management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read construction documents
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
• OSHA 10 & 30 certification
• Selfstarter who wants to work for a familyrun general contractor not a large corporate general contractor
