Job Description:

This position may include climbing ladders working at heights from ladder and lift equipment. Candidate will be subject to wear a fullface respirator and willing to train in commercial disinfection and cleaning. Value added experience is someone that can lead and direct other employees window/glass cleaning has some mechanical ability to make minor repairs to equipment and is comfortable operating equipment such as pressure washers sprayers mechanical lifts and driving a fullsize pickup or cargo van w/onboard equipment. Candidate must have an eye for details organization and cleaning. Must also be well groomed and have good communication skills. Must have a valid DL and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
