MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A FAST PACE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND FULL PATIENT LOAD. PLEASE NOTE PATIENT RATIOS IN EXEPERIENCE ON PROFILE.
LOCAL TRAVELERS (within 50 miles of facility) WHO HAVE EXTENSIVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE (1 years) WILL BE CONSIDERED AT A 10% REDUCTION OF POSTED RATE. This is nonnegotiable. Thank you!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). ANY REQUESTED TIME OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNEMNT MUST BE NOTED AND VERIFIED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION ANY RTO WILL NOT BE APPROVED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION AND SHOULD NOT BE REQUESTED BY AGENCY OR TRAVELER AT ANY POINT AFTER SUBMISSION INCLUDING DURING INTERVIEW PER FACILITY! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELERS ARE AWARE. THANK YOU!
A TxxEE STRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS: After 3 call offs a traveler s contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Weirton Medical Center s discretion.
Traveler will be working with Covid Patients at times.
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue
EMR: Sorian
Level 4 Trauma Center
Requirement description :
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 2 Signed References from a Supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
- License: Must be uploaded with profile
- Certificaitons: Must be uploaded with profile or listed in profile that they curently have them
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- West Virginia
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : WV or compact.
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/ Holidays required as needed
On Call Requirements : No Call
