Music Content Coordinator

This is a remote position.

• Reviewing processing and uploading of GYROstream music releases on a daily basis that have been submitted by customers for distribution to streaming platforms (eg. Spotify Apple).
  
• Ensuring all new releases have been processed on a daily basis.
  
• Following strict metadata style guides to ensure consistency and accuracy of approved releases that meet the standards as set out by our DSP partners. This involves reviewing metadata cover art audio files for each release and identifying issues that must be resolved prior to delivery.
  
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when setting up releases and/or making changes to releases ensure consistency across all systems.
  
• Catalogue ingestion and uploading of music release assets into GYROstream system for larger catalogue acquisitions.
  
• Report any suspicious or potentially infringing upload activity or potential fraudulent streaming that may be identified during any of these tasks.
  
• Assist the customer support team with filling out and completing weekly priority song pitching forms/spreadsheets for DSP partners.
  
• Achieve an indepth understanding of music distribution processes workflows and tools to provide accurate timely and uptodate support to GYROstream customer support staff
