This is a remote position.

As a Sales Executive in the IT solution selling industry your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by generating and qualifying leads nurturing relationships and assisting the sales team in closing deals. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and establishing a strong sales pipeline for the organization. Your deep understanding of IT solutions and your ability to communicate effectively with prospects will be essential to succeed in this role.


Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.

  • Utilize various lead generation techniques such as email campaigns networking events and referrals.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs budget timeline and decisionmaking process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Relationship Building and Nurturing:

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and key decisionmakers within target organizations.

  • Understand the challenges and pain points of prospects and effectively communicate how the companys IT solutions can address their needs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of the IT solutions.

  • Proactively follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Sales Support and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals quotes and presentations for potential clients.
  • Provide product knowledge and sales training to the sales team to enhance their understanding and selling skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product development and customer support to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless
    sales process.
Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends market dynamics and competitors offerings.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the key differentiators of the companys IT solutions and develop strategies to position them effectively in the market.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer requirements market trends and competitive insights.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads prospects and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance pipeline status and market trends.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales strategies and processes.


Requirements

  • It is a work from home position for candidates based in USA
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales preferably in the IT solution selling industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as software applications cloud services cybersecurity networking or infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects effectively and build relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of IT solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales opportunities to completion.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Analytical mindset to gather and analyse sales data and market trends.
Job Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time Zone
Compensation Package: $5000 per month
