About Neater Pets


Neater Pets is a consumer product company specializing in innovative and unique pet products and supplies based in Malvern PA. The company has experienced rapid growth and sells its products through multiple channels including Amazon Chewy and company owned websites ecommerce channels (Shopify) as well as national brickandmortar retailers like Petco Petsmart Tractor Supply Co. TJX Companies Lowe s and Bass Pro Shops. The pet industry is dynamic fun and recession proof. The company s products are extremely wellpositioned to take advantage of the new ecommerce economy and this customer service role plays a critical part in that success.

The company is seeking a friendly highly organized selfstarter with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills to join our dynamic and growing business. Responsibilities will primarily involve administrative tasks related to customer service (via phone email and internet) for ecommerce customers as well as order processing and customer support for retail customers such as Petco and PetSmart. Duties may also include supporting other departments such as new product development marketing supply chain and accounting. The position offers tremendous opportunity for career growth.


Responsibilities

  • Provides customer support and/or information on Neater Pets products including providing basic technical assistance to troubleshoot issues.
  • Processes sales and transactions and assists customers with purchases orders and/or deliveries.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor and report on customer reviews across marketplaces.
  • Work closely with our thirdparty fulfillment partners to ensure customer orders are shipping on time.
  • Partners with appropriate departments to obtain information required by customers.
  • Reviews all documentation for accuracy and ensures that all orders are placed correctly.





Requirements


  • College degree preferred.
  • 1 2 years experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal skills with the ability to communicate clearly persuasively and positively in person via phone by email or on social media accounts.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude for learning technical product specifications and communicating them effectively to technical and nontechnical customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Shopify based ecommerce websites and thirdparty marketplace environments such as Amazon Seller Central Walmart Marketplace and eBay a plus.
  • Experience with Sage 100 (ERP) and TrueCommerce (EDI) is a plus.
