As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for preparing loan files for application lodgment to the lender completing financial and product analysis and reviewing and analyzing bank statements and credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of applicants. • Preparing loan files for application lodgement to the lender.
  
• Completing financial and product analysis.
  
• Reviewing and analyzing bank statements and credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
  
• Evaluating the financial health of individuals or businesses by examining income expenses debts and other relevant financial aspects of the application.
  
• Completing lender serviceability and funding calculators.
  
• Initiating pricing requests with the lender to negotiate a better rate for the client.
  
• Conducting product research and analysis based on the clients requirements.
  
• Determining the correct loan structure based on the clients requirements.
  
• Completing valuation requests (if required) and managing all valuer followups.
  
• Completing Broker Submission Notes and liaising with the broker for final review.
  
• Checking AOL setup and correcting any discrepancies.
  
• Generating compliance documents and sending them to the client for signing (e.g. Gameplan SOCA Credit Proposal Finance Blueprint).
  
• Lodging to the lender for approval.
