This is a large impact role that demands someone who can excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Title: Golang/Python Backend Engineer

Duration: 1 year

Location: Remote

Pay range: $80 $ 100/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Development: Design implement and maintain backend services using Golang ensuring high performance reliability and scalability.

2. Microservices Architecture: Contribute to the design and development of microservicesbased architecture leveraging Golang for service implementation.

3. AWS Integration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. Utilize various AWS services such as Lambda EC2 S3 DynamoDB and more.

4. Scalability and Performance: Optimize code and system architecture to meet performance and scalability requirements ensuring a seamless user experience.

5. Monitoring and Logging: Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to detect and troubleshoot issues proactively. Use AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.

6. Security: Implement best practices for security in both code and infrastructure. Ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver highquality software solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Golang with a focus on building scalable and maintainable backend services.

2. Cloud Experience: Handson experience with AWS services and infrastructure. AWS certification(s) is a plus.

3. Microservices: Solid understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.

4. Database Knowledge: Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.

5. CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

6. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.

7. Problem Solving: Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

8. Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

9. Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Nice to have

Internationalisation Experience ( Preferrably shoud have worked with a team which has expanded products to different countries )
