Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis principles with strong expertise in utilizing Jira and Agile methodologies. Candidates with experience working on multiple projects and across various modules will be given preference.

Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements prioritize features and resolve conflicts.
• Translate business requirements into user stories acceptance criteria and other artifacts.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide clarification as needed.
• Utilize Jira to manage and track user stories tasks and project progress.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• This is a Hybrid Position.
• Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a technologydriven environment.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and across various modules.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
