We are looking for an IBM Maximo Lead who will be responsible for managing organizing and administering all aspects of an IBM Maximo Asset Management client implementation including planning organizing staffing leading communicating and controlling project and program activities.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in IBM Maximo development.
• Proven ability to customize/configure test and deploy IBM Maximo throughout the implementation life cycle.
• Extensive experience with developing Maximo upgrade paths to deploy solutions utilizing various technologies such as XML XLST SQL Java Message Service (JMS) Web Logic WebSphere SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Ability to write precise Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) for Maximo specifications.
• Design expertise and implementation guidance knowledge in Maximo data archiving strategy warehouse management and industry best practices.
• Maximo Warehouse Management Maximo Functional Enhancements Maximo High Availability Maximo SCCD Spatial Single Signon and Mobile Experience.
• Experience with Maximo development and leading work sessions with client operations and Subject Matter Experts to document a detailed requirement traceability matrix.
• Technical and Functional knowledge of Maximo Transportation
• Ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
