As a Senior Technical Architect 2 you will be responsiblefor driving the design development and implementation of new solutions as wemove forward to meet the State of Ohios business needs. This role requires adeep understanding of both Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms exceptionaltechnical expertise and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce and MuleSoft Expertise:
Serve as the subject matter expert for theSalesforce platform staying updated on the latest features best practicesand industry trends.
Serve as the integration expert utilizing theMuleSoft platform understand API architecture best practices and expertise.
Lead the development and maintenance of theoverall technical architecture for new development utilizing the Salesforce andMuleSoft platforms.
Design scalable and efficient solutions thatalign with business requirements and longterm strategic goals.
Solution Design and Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders includingbusiness analysts developers project managers and development managers togather and analyze requirements.
Create detailed technical specificationsarchitectural diagrams and solution documentation.
Oversee the development and implementation of applicationand systems architecture utilizing Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions ensuringcode quality scalability and security.
Integration and Data Management:
Architect and implement robust integrationsbetween Salesforce MuleSoft SQL Server and other systems within theorganization.
Architect data migration solutions from SQLServer to our state data lake including transformation and governancestrategies.
Ensure data security and compliance withrelevant regulations.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor system performance and identifyopportunities for optimization and enhancements.
Implement best practices to maintain and improvesystem performance stability and reliability.
Leadership and Coaching:
Mentor other members of the architecture team fosteringskill development and growth.
Guide technical leads from other teams on bestpractices and industry trends.
Provide technical leadership and serve as atrusted advisor to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in softwaredevelopment.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in softwarearchitecture.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforceor demonstrated experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in softwareintegration.
Exceptional problemsolving and analyticalskills.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in ateamoriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) stronglypreferred.
MuleSoft certifications preferred.
2 years of project management experiencepreferred.
Knowledge of government regulations andcompliance standards related to IT is a plus.
