Overall Weekly Amount: $2.300
- $30.45/hr and $45.67/hr Overtime. Weekly Taxable: $1096
- Weekly M&IE Per Diem: $448
- Weekly Lodging Per Diem: $749
- Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1204
ICU Intensive Care Unit (RN / Registered Nurse) Requirements:
- Licensure: Active Indiana or Compact License
- Certification: AHA BLS AHA ACLS
- Experience: 2 years
