Salary: 34,000 - 40,000 per annum, with on-site 3-bedroom house

Key Responsibilities: As the Farm Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in daily operations, managing cutting-edge breeding programs, implementing top-notch biosecurity measures, and ensuring compliance. Your leadership skills, coupled with a Level 3 qualification and proven farm management experience, will drive our success.
Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in broiler breeder farms or similar poultry operations.
• Deep understanding of poultry husbandry, health, and welfare.
• Knowledge of modern farming practices, biosecurity, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
