Shift : MF 85 with some weekend coverage.
Pay Range: $40/hr. to $44/hr.

Requirements:
- Must have Home Health and Hospice experience.
- Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits.
- Must be able to manage and adjust to changes to schedule.
- BLS/BCLS
- EMR HealthWyse (Casamba)
- 2 Years of experience
- LPN State license
