AI Manager MustHave Skills:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics or a related field; Masters degree or PhD in AI Machine Learning or Data Science is preferred
Proven experience as an AI Manager AI Lead or a similar role in a largescale organization
Strong knowledge and handson experience with AI machine learning deep learning natural language processing computer vision and other related technologies
Proficient in Python R SQL and other programming languages and tools for data analysis and AI development
Excellent project management problemsolving and analytical skills
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities

An AI Manager is a leader who oversees the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for various business problems.
They are responsible for managing a team of data scientists engineers and analysts as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to define the vision strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives.

AI Manager responsibilities include:
Setting the direction and goals for the AI team and ensuring alignment with the business objectives and priorities
Providing guidance and mentorship to the AI team members and fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence
Evaluating and selecting the appropriate AI tools frameworks and methodologies for each project
Overseeing the design development testing and deployment of AI models and systems
Monitoring and measuring the performance quality and impact of the AI solutions and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards
Communicating and presenting the AI results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
