Customer Service Dutch Speakers

We are looking for a candidate to join the team as a PVH Customer Representative for our client. PVH is one of the most admired fashion and lifestyle companies in the world. We power brands that drive fashion forward for good.

Together with your colleagues you will be part of a team ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience over the phone and via email.

Tasks

• Listening to customers questions and concerns providing the best possible answers and solutions
• Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns
• Providing information about fashion products
• Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

Requirements

• Fluent in the requested language Dutch
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills

Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 19:00. (in peak season max till 21:00).
