Aufgaben

Your tasks this is what awaits you in detail

• Youll be taking over leadership of a team in the SEA (shopping) and price comparer area
• You will be responsible for strategic focus and continuous development
• You are familiar with the Merchant Centers product data specifications; you proactively explore potential for product data optimisation and continuous improvement of our shopping feed
• You initiate crossteam projects especially those that focus on automation and marketing technology; you feel comfortable leading these projects as well as coordinating everyone involved. Youre the driving force behind crossfunctional teams and are happy to take on responsibility
• You are constantly investigating and optimising your own teams area. You define goals and strategies on the basis of the companys OKRs
• You bring your teams performance to a higher level by making use of performance reviews complex analyses and optimisations

Profil

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You have successfully completed a technical scientific or economics degree programme
• You have several years of experience in leadership as well as dealing with complex shopping accounts and large data feeds in an ecommerce setting
• Youre uptodate with the relevant online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau BigQuery...) and PPC advertising tools (Google Ads Merchant Center and Microsoft Ads) as you use them regularly
• You have an excellent grasp of mathematical analytical and technical subjects complemented by the structured reliable and independent way that you get work done
• You have at least a working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
• You are fluent in German or English spoken and written
