Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with marketing operations, such as conducting market research, planning and executing marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing marketing metrics and sales data. Qualifications • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing marketing metrics to inform business decisions • Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Understanding of sales principles and ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms is a plus
