Responsibilities:
  • Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties that can be acquired to do business with OYO
  • Meet property owners and sell OYOs vision of providing comfortable stays for many
  • Build a joint business plan with the property owners to have a profitable business association and bring them on board our platform
  • Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes live on the OYO platform
  • Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
  • Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
  • Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYO s Operations/Revenue team
Required Skills:
  • Networking ability
  • Proofreading of legal contracts
  • Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage Excel Email writing)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Analytical ability
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Number of Sellable Rooms signed/made live month on month
  • Gross margin derived from the properties signed
What we are looking for:
  • 2 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience of B2B sales/client onboarding
  • Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage
Candidate should have experience in Lead Generation Client Onboarding/B2B Sales
CTC: Upto 7.8 LPA ( Out of which 6.2 LPA Fixed)
