Overview:

The Field Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships. This position involves identifying new business opportunities promoting products/services and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the companys offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and marketing activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Travel to meet clients and prospects to pitch products/services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Contribute to the development of business expansion plans
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales business development or relevant field
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Solid understanding of market research and sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Resultdriven and selfmotivated
  • Good understanding of business acumen and financial principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
