- Involves working with scheduling tools service now mainframe activity for incident remediation
- Control M and ESP experience required
- Service Now experience required
- Average breakdown of work per shift: 1520 requests. 1015 incidents 12 RFCs
- Financial or Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Hybrid position required to be onsite two days a week
