Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Albany NY
Contract: 24 Months w2 only
Job Description:
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:
Ability to multitask and be selfmotivated
Data analysis and reporting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Support business process improvement efforts
Communicate with customers and vendors to gather project documentation
Support Project Managers and Team Leads on adhoc requests for support IT systems that will be used
Buildings Portal
SalesForce CRIS SharePoint Site Capture Tasks
Data Entry and ongoing maintenance and QA in various databases
Data analysis and critical thinking Reporting Central point of communication for communicating with customers and vendors Working with Project Managers to support various strategies and initiatives General support to Project Managers who are overseeing RFPs and other competitive selection methods (scheduling scoring meetings notes etc.) Supporting continuous improvement efforts and supporting business process updates Primary responsibility for all metrics collection Other duties as needed that are consistent with this level of staffing to support the general functions of the team
