- Lead the development and implementation of IT plans and ensure adherence to overall IT objectives in a consistent manner.
- Lead the development and implementation of IT governance model, IT PMO programs, and IT disaster recovery plans in order to have clearly defined IT objectives and goals.
- Guide enterprise architecture planning for all IT infrastructure and solutions consistently to ensure an optimum end-to-end customer experience satisfaction.
- Provide strategic direction to infrastructure and solutions implementation plans to ensure alignment to enterprise architecture and applicable standards.
- Ensure the design of IT solutions complies with standards and guidelines to meet set IT strategy and customer journeys.
