Experience Required:15 25 years
Desired Candidate Profile:
Possession of at least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture.
Should be with Agriculture/commodity trading background.
Must have knowledge of Maize Soya Rice wheat beans coffee etc.
Possession of at least 8 years of proven Senior Management level
Roles and Responsibities:
To provide leadership with overseeing the management of all functions of the business like human capital management sales and marketing engineering and related services and company assets management.
Plan develop organize implement direct and evaluate the companys business units vision mission and overall strategy.
Establish short and longterm goals for the Unit in consultation with management and implement
