Certified Surgical Tech

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team.

As a Certified Surgical Tech you will play a crucial role in the operating room providing assistance to surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing the operating room sterilizing and organizing surgical instruments and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available. Additionally you will assist in positioning and preparing the patient for surgery as well as documenting procedures and maintaining a sterile environment.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of surgical procedures sterile techniques and infection control practices. They should possess excellent attention to detail effective communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures instrumentation and sterile techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
