The company have developed a game changing SaaS Virtual Reality Communication Platform that's so greenfield they are solving tech challenges there have been no answers for previously!

As they scale their world-class team we are shortlisting for Senior Software Engineers to help take their innovative products and their platform to the next level.

It's a flexible hybrid working role from a central Leeds HQ, joining some of the best and brightest software engineers, using 3D games technology, cutting edge web services and cloud technology to facilitate effective, inclusive and immersive worldwide human communication in an environmentally sustainable way! The role is a perfect fit for those who like a challenge, who like to work hard as well as to be rewarded and who want to ultimately enjoy their success as a team.

As an important team member, you will work on virtual and immersive web experiences for an innovative SaaS product, and will join a high performing team that successfully turns concepts into seamless web applications. The company is looking for developers who are highly creative and can help to achieve the ambitious goal of delivering change and outstanding results within the sector. The role is best suited to someone who is able to understand and balance business requirements with technical solutions, as well as motivated to build strong and scalable products.

The right candidate will:
* Be experienced developing frontend web applications for data heavy websites which provide immersive customer experiences.
* Develop features of the web platform to ensure the best possible performance is achieved for customers.
* have experience working in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban). You'll be someone who is happy to work independently or collaboratively on multiple tasks.
* Work with internationalisation technologies to provide content in all our supported languages.
* Develop applications with scalability, security and performance in mind leveraging the cloud.
* You are eager to work and solve problems in a team but with lower supervision.
* Overall you are highly motivated developer who is passionate about writing good code, have strong communication skills and keen to continuously learn and share knowledge with others.

The business are constantly reviewing and evolving their platform architecture and are currently using technologies such as: React, Node, Typescript, GraphQL, Unreal Engine, Kubernetes (& more) to build modern scalable micro-services.
Salary & Benefits
There is a very competitive package with a salary based on experience of between £60-80,000pa, alongside 25 days holiday and a hybrid / flexible working policy plus expert kit and £500 towards personal L&D
