Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.
   • Provide guidance and support for team members encouraging professional growth and skill development.
2. Technical Oversight:
   • Design and architect Javabased solutions that align with project requirements and industry best practices.
   • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards maintainability and scalability.
   • Stay abreast of the latest Java developments and trends incorporating relevant technologies into project solutions.
3. Project Management:
   • Collaborate with project managers to define technical requirements estimate efforts and plan project timelines.
   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions within specified timelines.
4. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with other leads and stakeholders to integrate Java components with other parts of the system architecture.
   • Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
5. Problem Solving:
   • Address and troubleshoot complex technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project timelines.
   • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in Java development with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience demonstrating the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Indepth knowledge of Java technologies frameworks and best practices.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
